How we work
Most engagements begin with a single problem somebody is stuck on — a study that is not producing clean data, a manuscript that keeps returning from reviewers, a product or compliance decision with consequences attached.
Work is booked by session rather than by project, so you can take an hour to resolve something specific without committing to a long engagement. Clients are typically clinicians, postgraduate researchers, academic supervisors, and businesses working in or supplying healthcare. Some come once; others book through the year as a piece of work develops.
Sessions are held by video call or telephone. You choose the area and the length, tell us what you would like to cover, and we confirm a time by email. Where a piece of work needs several sessions, book them as you go.
